If something won’t move metrics that matter for your business, I’ll tell you. That sometimes means a smaller scope than expected. I’m fine with that.
I share what I actually find — even when it’s not what you hoped to hear. If your site has a serious technical problem, I’ll lead with that, not save it for slide 14.
